Shit happens, there’s no getting around it. We can bemoan our fate or we can accept it. We’ve decided not only to accept it, but to embrace the shit that life throws at us. This site is a celebration of shit and “shitisms.” Shit makes our fields and our language fertile. It is a necessary by-product or our biological processes and a veritable treasure trove of minerals and organic material. We couldn’t get by without it.
